Progress LIVE 25 is done.... and was a Huge Success!
We’ve just wrapped up three fantastic evenings of our student showcase, Progress LIVE 25 at The Crescent Theatre in Birmingham, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved. Each night was sold out, and the energy, talent, and dedication on display were truly something special.
It was a real team effort – everyone went above and beyond to make these events happen, from our wonderful staff to our brilliant students. I have to give a huge shout-out to all our students, who worked incredibly hard in preparation for the showcases. The countless hours of practice, dedication, and perseverance really paid off, and it was amazing to see their hard work shine on stage.
A special thank you also goes to our musical directors, Alexandra, Tia, and Goldie, who hosted each evening with professionalism, warmth, and a dash of fun that kept the audiences engaged from start to finish, along with special thank you to Filip Jonathan who directed all the bands, performed with and supported countless students across the events, Niall Creane and Tom Levick for stage support, Libby Healy for her back stage direction, Briony Craddock for crowd control and Stephen Deehan for capturing it all on video!
Across the three nights, we had 83 student performers take to the stage, showcasing their skills, confidence, and passion for music. From beginners taking brave first steps to seasoned students performing complex pieces, every performance was a true celebration of progress, talent and effort.
We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, cheered from the audience, and generally supported the event. Your support means the world to our students and to all of us at Progress Music Academy – you helped make these evenings so special.
