I feel incredibly lucky because even though I picked Progress only based on my scheduling concerns, all of the staff have been incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Goldie in particular is one of the most encouraging teachers I have ever had, and has been able to work with me after a medical condition left my voice permanently changed.
